Unfortunately we cannot accept goods which have been worn or had any labels removed unless the product is found to be faulty. To qualify for the full refund you must return your purchase in safe packaging or the original packaging within 28 days from the day the goods are received by you. The goods returned must be sent undamaged.
If you wish to exchange any items purchased no further postage or packaging charges will be incurred.
Customers are asked to complete our returns questionnaire by email; this will be forwarded by return email, and will confirm your intentions to return goods. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.
It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
